1 General Terms & Conditions
Skycoins (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on skycoins.net, you confirm that you have read and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Skycoins and the user. In the event of any dispute, the terms set out in this document shall be considered final.
Important: Skycoins reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Skycoins' Terms and Conditions are primarily drafted in line with international legal frameworks. In the event of any ambiguity in translation, the original version shall prevail.
2 Account Registration & Management
To create an account on Skycoins, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Skycoins reserves the right to close any account opened with false or misleading details at any time, and all balances in such an account may be forfeited.
- Each individual may only One Account you may create. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or banking details is strictly prohibited.
- The name on your account must exactly match the name on your payment method. Any mismatch may result in delayed or cancelled withdrawals.
- Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.
- If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact Skycoins support immediately.
- Email or phone number verification is required at registration. Withdrawals will not be permitted from unverified accounts.
Please note: After registration, large withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. Complete your verification promptly to enjoy uninterrupted service.
3 Eligibility & Age Requirements
Skycoins firmly believes that online gaming is for adults only. To use the Platform, you must:
- Must be at least 18 years years of age, or above the legal gaming age in your country.
- You must register under your own name and use your own funds.
- You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is entirely prohibited by law.

If Skycoins has reason to doubt a user's age or eligibility, the account will be suspended immediately and a verification process initiated. If false information is confirmed, all balances and bonuses in that account will be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Skycoins supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
- Minimum Deposit Amount BDT 200. Maximum limits may vary depending on account tier.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support within 24 hours.
- A fully verified account (KYC) is required to make withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500।
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours processed within. Additional verification may be required for larger amounts.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you need to withdraw to a different method, please notify support in advance.
- You are not required to bet using a single payment method, but rapidly switching between multiple methods may trigger additional verification checks as part of our anti-money laundering measures.
Skycoins does not charge any fees of its own on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own charges — this is entirely a third-party matter.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Skycoins offers attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each bonus comes with specific terms, and withdrawals from a bonus will not be permitted until those terms have been met.
- Welcome Bonus: A bonus is awarded at a set rate on your first deposit. A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required to qualify.
- Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
- Time Limit: Wagering must be completed within a specified period after the bonus is credited (typically 7–30 days). The bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses, exploit system errors, or claim bonuses through multiple fake accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
- Skycoins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting on Skycoins. Skycoins offers betting across more than 50 sports categories, including cricket, football, kabaddi, badminton, and e-sports.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out option is available.
- Only bets placed before the match begins are valid. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Skycoins' own rules.
- In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed are final.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue, Skycoins reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- Any bet identified as being associated with match-fixing or sports manipulation will be voided and the account will be closed.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Skycoins. Violations may result in permanent account closure and referral to the relevant authorities:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to place bets.
- Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's software or database.
- Using your account for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
- Deliberately exploiting system bugs or glitches.
- Submitting false or forged identity documents.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary. Skycoins has a zero-tolerance policy on this.
8 Privacy & Data Protection
Skycoins takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. Our Privacy Policy is set out separately and applies together with these Terms and Conditions.
- Your name, address, phone number, email, and payment details are stored with SSL encryption.
- Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by legal obligation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
Skycoins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
- If an account is created or operated using false information.
- Upon detection of fraud, deception, or suspicious financial activity.
- Upon instruction from legal authorities.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
You may close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.
11 Changes to Terms & Conditions
Skycoins reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or posted on the Platform.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
